Monthly Subscription Payment Policy

1. Automatic monthly renewal
The subscription is automatically renewed each month on the date established at the time of contracting the service. The client authorises the automatic monthly charge to be processed using the payment method provided during registration.

2. Subscription price
The monthly fee will be the one indicated on the product page at the time of contracting. If future price adjustments are made, these will be communicated in advance and will never be applied retroactively.

3. Payment attempts and service suspension
If the monthly payment cannot be processed (for example, due to an expired card or insufficient funds), the system will make several automatic attempts. If, after these attempts, the payment continues to fail, the subscription may be temporarily suspended until the client updates their payment details or regularises the situation.

4. Cancellation of the subscription
The client may cancel the subscription at any time from their user area. Cancellation prevents future charges, but does not grant the right to a refund for monthly payments already made, as the service will remain available until the end of the paid billing period.

However, in exceptional cases of verified deficiencies in the service provided, the client may request the early termination of the monthly or annual contract. Following the corresponding verification, a proportional refund for the unused period within the contracted term will be applied.

5. Non-refundable
Monthly payments are non-refundable, even if the client chooses not to use the service during the billing period. The subscription will remain active until the end of the invoiced cycle.

6. Continuity of the service
As long as the subscription is active and up to date, the client will retain full access to the platform, updates, support and maintenance of their digital menu without interruption.
