Digital Menu Update Policy
1. Updates included in the monthly fee
As part of the monthly service, the client has 8 included updates per month. Each update corresponds to one product and includes:
- Modification or creation of the product in Spanish.
- Full translation of the product into British English, Italian, French and German.
- Price updates, descriptions, ingredients, allergens and product details.
- Updating associated product images where necessary.
- Visual adjustments within the digital menu design.
In summary: 1 update = 1 product updated or added in all 5 languages (Spanish + British English + Italian + French + German).
2. Unlimited included changes (do not count as updates)
To make the daily management of the restaurant easier, some changes are included unlimited and do not consume any of the 8 monthly updates:

Price changes (UNLIMITED):
You may update product prices as many times as needed during the month, as long as there are no changes to names, descriptions, ingredients or product structure. -
Removal of products or sections (UNLIMITED):
Any change whose sole purpose is to remove content does not consume updates:- Removing dishes or drinks.
- Removing entire sections.
- Removing descriptions or promotions.
- Removing associated photos (if applicable).
3. Changes that do consume updates
Any request that involves adding or modifying menu content (beyond price changes or removals) will consume monthly updates. These include:
- Adding new dishes, drinks or products to the menu.
- Adding new sections (e.g., “Desserts”, “Cocktails”, “Daily Menu”).
- Changing product names.
- Modifying descriptions, ingredients, allergens or text details.
- Updating or replacing product photos.
- Reorganising sections or menu structure.
- Adding new promotions or special menus.
Each new or modified product in its content counts as 1 update, regardless of the number of languages involved (all 5 languages are always included).
4. Monthly renewal of updates
The 8 monthly updates automatically renew on the 1st of each month.
Updates are non-accumulative: if not used during the current month, they do not transfer or add up for future months.
5. If you use all 8 monthly updates
If you need more updates during the month, you may purchase additional update packs depending on the number of products you wish to add or modify. Each product included in these packs is updated in all 5 languages (Spanish, British English, Italian, French and German).

Includes the update or addition of up to 5 products. Each product will be updated in all 5 languages, including changes to texts, prices, descriptions, images, allergens and structure where necessary.
👉 Pack of up to 10 updates: €19.99
Designed for larger requests, it allows updating 6 to 10 products in a single request, including revision and modification of each product in all 5 languages and the corresponding visual adjustments within the digital menu.
These additional updates include adding new products, price changes related to new entries or menu modifications, description and ingredient adjustments, image replacement, and any other necessary changes to keep the digital menu complete, coherent and up to date in all available languages.
In this way, the monthly fee covers the first 8 complete updates, and from there, the client only pays for the additional packs they actually need.
6. How to request changes
You can send your requests for modifications, updates or new products through any of the following channels:

Estimated delivery time for most requests: 48 – 72 business hours, depending on complexity and current workload.
