Initial Payment Policy and Discount Applied to the Menu Setup Fee
1. Initial payment during the trial period
During the service trial period, an initial payment of €10 will be made to partially cover the costs of registering
and managing the domain required to activate the client’s digital menu. This payment is made only once and is not part of the monthly subscription.
2. Discount applied to the one-time setup fee
If the client continues with Menube and activates the monthly subscription, the one-time preparation and setup fee for the menu,
valued at €250, will be reduced to €240. This discount corresponds to the €10 paid during the trial period and is applied
only if the client continues with the service after that period.
3. Non-refundable if the client does not continue
If the client decides not to continue with the service after the trial period ends, the initial €10 payment
will not be refunded, as it covers the actual costs of domain registration and management already carried out.
4. Domain registration and continuity
The domain will be registered in the name of the client or their company. Its subsequent maintenance will depend on whether the client chooses
to activate the monthly subscription or request the transfer of the domain in accordance with the current Menube.es policies.
