Consent Document for Domain Registration and Management
This document sets out the explicit authorisation granted by the client to Menube.es
to carry out technical procedures related to the registration, administration and configuration
of a domain intended for the digital menu of their business.
1. Authorisation for domain registration
I authorise Menube.es to register a domain in my name or in the name of my company,
choose the appropriate extension, and carry out all necessary actions for its activation
and proper operation.
2. Ownership of the domain
The domain will be registered in the name of the client or their company. Menube.es will act solely
as the technical administrator. At any time, the client may request the transfer of the domain
to another provider or modify its administrative management.
3. Technical management by Menube.es
I authorise Menube.es to configure DNS, hosting, SSL certificates and any technical elements
required for the operation of the digital menu during the trial period and/or throughout the
monthly subscription to the service.
4. Ownership of the digital menu
The transfer of the domain to the client, if requested, does not imply the transfer
of the digital menu, its design, its code, its internal structure or any associated development.
The entire system is the exclusive property of Menube.es.
The client is granted only a right of use while their subscription remains active. The following
actions are not permitted:
- Copying, duplicating or transferring the digital menu to another server.
- Claiming ownership of the design or software.
- Modifying or reusing the code or structure outside Menube.es’ service.
5. Financial conditions for domain registration during the trial period
During the trial period, an initial payment of €10 shall be made to partially cover
the costs of domain registration and management.
If the client continues with Menube and subscribes to the monthly service, the one-off preparation
fee for the menu, valued at €250, will be reduced to €240, applying a discount equivalent
to the €10 paid during the trial period.
If the client decides not to continue with the service, the €10 payment will not be refunded,
as it covers the registration and management costs already incurred.
6. Validity of the consent
This consent shall remain valid for as long as the client maintains an active relationship with
Menube.es, or until they request its revocation in writing.
